Fixed Fridaze
I’ll keep this one short, if you can keep up and are comfortable riding fast through downtown traffic, this ride is amazing! This isn’t a ride for the faint of heart. Fixed gears, fast pace, and no stopping. This ride races through Downtown Los Angeles and surrounding neighborhoods, with a store stop and post-ride hangs, it stays true to the fixed gear appeal of no frills, all fun.
Taking place every Friday, this small group gets together to have a good time. There were only about eight people on the ride, but it’s also the only ride I’ve been on recently where everyone introduced themselves to me. I love riding in LA, and this group reminded me of why.
